Situated in the „golden triangle”, the Marina Palusci farm has been engaged for centuries in the production of extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. The main variety cultivated is the autochthonous Dritta followed by Leccio del Corno, Pendolino, Leccino and Olivastro.
The extra virgin olive oil „Oliomania” Bio by Marina Palusci is a multivarietal oil with a pistachio green colour and golden glints. The nose has almond, artichoke, tomato leaves with nuances of currant. The taste is clean and sharp, bitter and spicy with medium intensity.
It can be paired with fish dishes, on bruschetta or with vegetable-based first courses such as eggplant, peppers and broccoli.
